Intro to Energy Therapies
This workshop is an overview of Mind/Body Therapies designed for the mental health professional who has little or no knowledge of Energy Psychology (EP).
Objectives:
- Understand the 3 components of the body’s energetic system
- Gain awareness of research regarding EP
- Learn the basic tapping protocols for Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Thought Field Therapy (TFT)
- Know when and for whom these protocols will be most effective
- Develop a toolbox of Energy Medicine exercises to teach clients, including a simple method for reducing anxiety in 2 minutes.
